Common questions
The coach did not read my take. The app retries on its own and, when the coach cannot be reached, gives you a plain version from the phone. If it keeps happening, check your connection and write to us with the time it happened.
I want my recordings deleted. Turn off Keep recordings and Record calls in You, Privacy; or tap Start over in You to remove everything; or delete the app.
Membership and refunds. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
