Terms of Use, effective 8 September 2026. These terms are between you and Xpeak app. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store; where the two differ, these terms govern.
Xpeak is a speaking coach: it reads what you say, shows a stronger version and gives one fix. It is practice and feedback, not professional advice, and results depend on your own practice.
What you say is yours. You give Xpeak permission to process it as described in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the service. We claim no other rights to your words or recordings.
Do not use Xpeak to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack the service. The personas are fictional; do not treat their words as facts or advice about real people or companies.
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Xpeak is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the membership in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to its courts.
